This project entailed the renovation of a single family home. All 3 levels were renovated to create more open spaces that flow and connect. The entrance to the house was improved by relocating the powder room to allow views out to the backyard as you enter the house. Millwork at the breakfast nook was modified and lowered to connect seating areas and increase views to the backyard. The upstairs bedroom level was renovated including a new primary bathroom. Ikea wardrobes were added in the bedrooms for improved storage. A new bathroom was added in the basement to create an independent suite for visiting family.
