This project entailed the renovation of a historic rowhouse in Mt Pleasant. The basement and top floor, kids bedroom level, were transformed into more modern, open and functional spaces. The basement was opened up to create an inviting living area for the kids including a small kitchenette, bathroom and ping-pong table space. The top floor bedrooms and bathrooms were renovated to update finishes and fixtures and the layout improved to create more spacious and elegant rooms.
